An In Depth Look At The Forza Horizon 4 Map

Image
Yesterday was the Autumn Stream for Forza Horizon 4, and that showcased a lot of information about the game. We already wrote an article recapping the stream , but now we are going to go into the map with a bit more detail.          Above is an image of a map stitch done by masterzh on Reddit. If we look at this map we can see that their are 4 showcase events scattered across the map. In the top left we can see a showcase racing a train and another in which we race the hovercraft. Just to the east of the lower part of the lake we can see the third showcase, racing motorcycles. And last but not least, on the beach, we can see that we will be racing the Halo Pelican. Each season will change the showcases as well, meaning that each season, you will most likely be using a different car. In a way, there are 16 showcases.          The Goliath Circuit made its debut in Forza Horizon 3, and it was a major...

Fortnite Playground Mode V2 In Development

Fortnite's Playground Mode is undoubtedly one of the best LTM's brought to the game. Playground Mode will be removed on July 12th, and Playground Mode V2 will be here to stay . Today, Epic Games gave us a little bit of what to expect with Playground Mode V2.         Epic Games stated in an official statement, "For the next version of Playground we're hoping to include functionality that would allow team selection options within the Playground itself. Here's a few things you would gain with the ability to select teams: - 1v1s and 2v2s -Aim assist for controllers -Editing other player's structures correctly -Traps affecting teammates/enemies correctly -Highlighting teammates on the map -Damaging enemies with your pickaxe         The Playground LTM represents our first step into what a full creative mode looks like in Fortnite."         While this gamemode is still in development, there are som...

Fortnite Playground Mode Is Here To Stay

Image
Playground mode in Fortnite is a great thing. Players get the chance to practice building, fighting, or just mess around with a couple friends without the interference of others. Playground mode was originally brought in as an LTM, or a limited time mode, but Epic Games has just confirmed that Playground mode is permanent. However, the LTM will leave July 12th and return eventually.           The confirmation was sent out on a Twitch message that stated, "Yeah, we are working on a version where we can keep Playground as a mode, not just a Limited Time Mode." One word that sticks out in this message is "version." This can be taken 2 ways. Either they mean a version of Fortnite as a whole, or a tweaked version of Playground mode. What Limited Time Mode do you want to become permanent as well? Tell us below!

Fortnite's Tomato Town Might Be Coming To An End

Image
Almost every Fortnite fan is aware of the missile launch leaving a huge crack in the sky above the island, but "dimensional rifts" have been popping up across the map. One of these locations happens to be Tomato Town, leading players to believe that Epic Games is taking Tomato Town off the map.          The plans Epic Games has for Fortnite's map after Season 4 is unknown, but it's safe to assume a few major map changes are coming at the beginning of Season 5. What named location do you want to be destroyed by one of the rifts? Let us know!

Single-Match Fortnite Solo Kill Record Broken

Image
The single-game kill record in the Fortnite Solo gamemode has been beaten yesterday. This record was beaten by a player with a .47 K/D and a 0.6% win percentage, and now he owns the record for most kills in a solo match.          The record was set during the rocket launch when Elemental_Ray broke a ramp, sending 48 people to their death. Some players took advantage of the rocket launch by killing the helpless players trying to watch the rocket, boosting their stats, but Elemental_Ray took it to the extreme. Without a doubt, players are going to use major events like this in the future to do the same. Were you able to watch the rocket launch? Tell us below!
