Chapter 24 - Guardian Angel - A Fortnite Story
This is a fan-made Fortnite Battle Royale story in which I do not own any of the characters or anything used in the story. This is Chapter 24 of that story and will include the first major fight in Season 4. Disclaimer: In between this chapter and the previous one, Raptor and Brite Bomber have gotten married. Enjoy!

Guardian Angel
Setting: Wailing Woods Bunker | Night
"Mwahahaha! With Carbide, Valor, Venturion, Ventura, and Steelsight in my prison, nothing can stand in my way! This island will be mine!" Omega called out. He opened the hatch to his bunker and climbed out, followed by Oblivion, Diecast, Chromium, and Flytrap.
Meanwhile in the bunker
"Hey, you! Psst! You, in the red!" Carbide said to a man sneaking around.
"Shhh! I'm getting you out," The man whispered.
"Who are you?" Venturion responded quietly.
"Wingman, now go stop Omega," the man responded, letting them free.
Outside the bunker
"Diecast, destroy Pleasant Park, Chromium, Greasy Grove, Flytrap, Salty Springs, Oblivion, Retail Row, I'll take Tilted Towers. Kill anything that moves and bring the place to rubble," Omega said instructing his team as they prepared to separate.
"Hold it right there, Omega! Nobody's going anywhere!" Carbide said. All 5 of them turned around surprised. Wingman had stayed in the bunker
While the standoff was happening, into all of the hero's earpieces, Raptor said, "Everyone, we can contact now! The metal soldiers have a killswitch in the back that should shut them down. Flytrap can shoot vines, get them tangled. The other two you'll just have to be stronger than. You got this!"
They were standing there for about a minute until all of the villains simultaneously chose a person and jumped at them. Oblivion went straight after Ventura, who was taken to the ground and pummelled by Oblivion. Venturion took Chromium, swung himself around her and flipped the killswitch, shutting him down and going to save his wife. He threw Oblivion off of Ventura and slammed Oblivion into a tree, leaving Ventura and Oblivion knocked down. Valor took on Diecast, who threw her into a tree, but she managed to escape his grasp and got behind him to hit the killswitch. Flytrap shot vines at both Carbide and Steelsight. Carbide evaded the vines, but Steelsight didn't, sending her flying into a tree, knocking her down. Carbide shot a blast at Flytrap, knocking him down. Omega intentionally avoided conflict and ran off into the darkness, escaping into the darkness.
"Hey, Omega's gone!" Valor yelled.
"It's alright, we got all of his accomplices though, so we'll get him," Venturion said.
Somewhere in the darkness
"Ugh, they think taking my useless team would do anything, ha. I'll be back with more destruction"
John Wick's Mansion
"You did it! Incredible job guys," Raptor said.
"I can't believe it!" Moonwalker said as she gave Raptor a kiss on the cheek.
"Ummm, what are you doing?" Raptor asked as he backed away.
"I... uh... I don't know what you're talking about," Moonwalker said cautiously.
"You kissed me! What do you mean you don't know what you're talking about? I'm married!" Raptor became angered.
"That never happened! Stop making stuff up!" Moonwalker yelled back.
"Would you like me to pull up the camera footage to show you?" Raptor screamed in anger.
"Brite Bomber doesn't need to know about this!" Moonwalker answered with just as much rage.
"Ohhh, she does and she will!" Raptor yelled.
"Who does? Who will? What's all this yelling about?" Brite Bomber asked. Raptor and Moonwalker didn't hear her come down the stairs because of their yelling.
"Nothing... It's nothing," Moonwalker answered.
"We'll talk later, honey," Raptor responded.
"Ok," Moonwalker said in response.
"Not you!" Raptor yelled back. He packed up his bag and left with Brite Bomber.
"He'll be mine one day, that relationship will not last," Moonwalker said creepily.
